Type "V"
Open bearing. The bearing type: roller- ball- roller with one or two friction bearings.
This type of bearing is used in all kinds of bits from low to high speed.

Type "A"
Open bearing. The bearing type: two radial friction bearings and ball bearing.
Used in small diameter rock bits.

Type "N"
Open bearing. The bearing type: roller- ball- friction (with one or two friction bearings).
Used in low-speed and medium-speed rock bits.

Type "NU"
Sealed bearing. The bearing type: roller- ball- friction (with one or two friction bearings).
Sealed with rubber-coated bearing cup or rubber o-ring.
Used in low-speed and medium-speed rock bits.

Type "VU"
Sealed bearing. The bearing type: roller- ball- roller with one or two friction bearings.
Sealed with rubber-coated bearing cup or rubber o-ring.
Used in medium-speed and high-speed rock bits.

Type "AU"
Sealed bearing. The bearing type: friction - ball- friction - friction. Friction bearings may have floating bushes and washes made of silver coated beryllium bronze.
Sealed with rubber-coated bearing cup or rubber o-ring.
